Last night was the inaugural Nashville game of Bike polo (as far as we know). After lubing up inside the Flying Saucer (on pint night), we headed down the hill into the parking lot and played some polo. Justin brought along a bunch of polo mallets that had been very skillfully crafted from old ski poles and some pvc pipe as well as a mini-kickball. Our game was 3 people per team and lasted probably 30-45 minutes with Justin, Dunn, and I narrowly taking the victory over Sharpie, Elliot, and the Mannondale (with a limited guest appearance by none other than Willo).
No major injuries were sustained and no one was arrested.
Game on again tonight.
